Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nail Salon Owner to manage and operate our on-site nail salon. The ideal candidate will have patience and a passion for working with seniors and a commitment to delivering high-quality nail care services in a warm and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nail salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of skilled nail technicians.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon within the senior living community.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment that meets the needs of senior residents.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• Must have current state license and update knowledge of industry trends
• Manage financial aspects of the salon, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a management or ownership role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on senior care.
• Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Ability to manage finances and develop business strategies.
• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
• Being accommodating to resident's schedule by offering Availability Tuesday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday Availability 10am-4pm you make your schedule with your clients, but you will take on walk ins too.
• Leasing agreement will be discussed at interview
