Space City Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Ed Fryday, TREC license #6932. We serve the Southeast Houston area including most of Harris, Galveston & Brazoria Counties.  Our goal at Space City Inspections is to perform a thorough structural and mechanical inspection which will provide our client with a fair and honest assessment of the condition of the property. Building on the form required by the Texas Real Estate Commission, we provide a comprehensive written inspection report that is accurate and complete. The report is provided within 24 hours of the inspection and usually on the same day.

In addition to the normal structural & mechanical inspection we can also provide inspections of optional systems such as swimming pool & spa systems, lawn sprinkler systems, boat houses and boat lifts & visible water well equipment. If you’d like, we can arrange for a wood destroying insect (termite) inspection and report.
