About Us:
Project Joy and Hope’s goal is to achieve the best quality of life and care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families, by raising awareness of pediatric palliative care, educating PPC providers, and providing supportive care services and programs. Project Joy and Hope (PJH) aims to provide a strong support system, thereby helping families remain stable and intact at this challenging time in their lives. We are pleased to offer a beautiful residential campus (consisting of twelve 3-bedroom homes) and a pediatric palliative care center. Here families thrive when they have a child receiving treatment at the Texas Medical Center, await or recover from bone marrow, heart, lung, or liver transplant, or utilize palliative care.

PJH is based in the greater Houston-Galveston area and serve as an advisor and model for similar programs throughout Texas and the United States. We value your support, and there are many ways to make a difference and become actively involved. Volunteer:
Community groups and corporations can get involved in Project Joy and Hope in many ways. We need volunteers in many areas and we also appreciate the support of our community partners. Our Volunteers are the heart of Project Joy & Hope! We would not be able to help so many without our caring volunteers. We believe NO MATTER WHAT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES, THERE IS ALWAYS JOY AND HOPE!

Some of the opportunities include:
-Collection of paper goods and supplies for HOPE Houses.
-Participation in collection of holiday gifts and distribution of gifts at Christmas time.
-Involvement in our numerous programs.
-Develop your own unique fundraising project to support our organization.
