Sara Blumenfeld, has been a personal development coach and teacher since 2005, and a healing arts practitioner since 2011. Her philosophy at An Invitation to More.com is that everyone has greatness in them, and clearing away the patterns and clutter picked up along life’s path can allow that greatness to shine. She also helps her clients examine and shift perceptions and ways of approaching challenges in order to thrive using techniques such as The Emotion Code (a method of releasing emotions that have become trapped in the body). In addition, she is the host of Networking Done Different, an interview show amplifying businesses, authors, and non-profits to help them get the word out about what they offer. Sara offers business and personal coaching, personal development classes, and alternative methods of letting the body heal. She also leads group drumming circles.
