An Annually Produced Multicultural Parade & Celebration That Is Free to The Public. The parade will be held on January 15, 2024 in Midtown Houston originating on San Jacinto Street & Elgin Street beginning @ 10A (CST). The parade's theme is "We Still Believe" and will feature more than 100 culturally diverse performance groups from across the nation.
