Also, a Special Business Meeting of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Membership will be held during the January 28, 2026, General Membership Luncheon to vote on proposed revision of the By-Laws. In accordance with the By-Laws and the Texas Business Organizations Code, Title 2. Chapter 22, notice is hereby given no less than ten days prior to the meeting.
