Doug currently serves as a consultant and coach to executives of organizations ranging from startups to large corporations. His work focuses on helping to build healthy organizations, healthy teams, and healthy leaders.
He has spent more than 20 years leading in organizations of various sizes and stages of development. During that period he has assembled and led hundreds of teams, as well as been active in training and equipping those and many other teams to be cohesive and highly productive. He has personally applied the principles he teaches within organizations he has led and thus offers the perspective of not only a consultant, but also a practitioner.
