Spectrum Stellis Hospice is locally owned and operated out of League City, TX. We have a team of passionate professionals that give the best, most loving, and well rounded care to those with a life expectancy of 6 months or less. We bring our team and services to you, wherever you may call home. 

We want to ensure that each of our patients have individualized care to create the most comfortable environment at the end of their life.
