Onboarding is more than filling out the paperwork. A successful onboarding process is on-going and planned. It sets the tone for every employee ability to thrive, from ensuring new hires feel welcome to equipping them for on-the-job success to providing guidance so they can grow, contribute – and stay. The goal of this session is to provide leaders and managers with the tools to create and implement onboarding programs that improve the bottom line.
