Glenn B. Freedman, Ph.D. is president of EduSafe Systems, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, transition planning, and economic and community development initiatives. He has been engaged by governments, chambers, school districts, foundations and other non-profits as well as private sector firms across Texas and nationally, as a speaker, facilitator, consultant, and partner in creating public-private and business-education partnerships. Since the start of the pandemic, he has worked increasingly in the areas of workforce and succession planning, crisis management, and business redevelopment.
