Interviewing is a process in which two (or more) people exchange information. While there is a tendency to think of interviews solely as a screening tool in hiring, it is much more. It involves preparation, alignment with company goals, and continues long after hiring in performance reviews and even in business meetings. The goal of this session is to provides leaders and managers with the tools to conduct successful interviews.
