Skills must include proficiency in:

-Microsoft Office including:

Excel

Access

Word

-Quickbooks


Duties include:

-Accounting, payroll, pay bills, Quickbooks

-Scheduling multiple activities

-Maintain multiple data bases

-Coordinate communication with Sponsors and Exhibitors and Judges

-Event planning

-Attend Board meetings, produce P&L and Financial statements


Full Time Position: Monday - Friday
