Nonprofit Executive Leadership Luncheon

Executive Directors or an Executive Leadership Team Member of our nonprofits members are invited to the June Executive Leadership Luncheon. 

Meeting presentation "From Overwhelmed to Energized: Executing the Strategies That Matter Most", with Ron Klinger. You and your board have invested time, energy, and resources into building a strategic plan that reflects your mission, your community, and your future. Coming up with strategic initiatives is one thing, moving those into accomplished outcomes is another. 

Have you ever looked at a beautifully crafted strategic plan and thought:

  • “Where do we even start?”
  • “Why does everything feel urgent and needing to have been done yesterday?”
  • “How do we make progress without burning out the team?

This session will help you shift from doing everything to doing the right things. We’ll explore how to simplify, focus, and execute with clarity, even when the day‑to‑day whirlwind tries to pull you off course.

The session draws from the book, The Four Disciplines of Execution, and more than 20 years of real‑world experiences, trial‑and‑error, and the “School‑of‑Hard‑Knocks”. If you’re ready to take your strategic plan from “ta‑dah!” to “ta‑done.”, this lunch session is for you.
