CREATING A HEALTHY COMPANY CULTURE
Company culture is what creates the day-to-day experience, both for employees and for customers or clients. Culture includes shared values, attitudes, behaviors, and standards that make up a work environment. Culture can be measured by aligning with the company’s brand, messaging and customer relations goals with the reality of that occurs. The goal of this session is to provide leaders and managers with the tools to assess company culture and to influence a positive culture.
